Return/Refund Policy
All products purchased at French Accents may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Defective items must be returned within 5 business days of the purchase.
The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:
- All products must be returned in their original packaging. DVDs, CDs and videos must be unopened to receive a full refund. If a multimedia product is found to be defective, a full refund will be issued.
- The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.
- Refunds are not available for items that are damaged after purchase.
